ABOUT
ME
Passionate About Inspiring Others
At age seven, I started writing poetry. I loved the music and imagery of creating a poem. At sixteen, I read the Tao Te Ching and began to think deeply about how I relate to myself and others and the natural world. After taking a poetry writing workshop as an undergraduate, I decided to pursue the path of becoming a poetry professor. I was the first in my family to study abroad in Europe, the first to graduate from college, and the first to become an Assistant Professor of Creative Writing and Literature.
I am an Eco Life Coach because I am passionate about connecting with others in a meaningful way. Society today is growing in a direction that is unsustainable for many species on our beautiful planet. I am doing my part to remind people of the spiritual beings we are and how important it is to make sustainable, mindful choices to benefit ourselves, our planet, biodiversity, and seven generations down the line.

When I connect with my coachees, we create a meaningful exchange of inquiry, curiosity, and faith. It takes courage to pursue your dreams and make change happen in your life. We must be willing to let go of the familiar habits that keep us comfortable and frequently stuck to move forward. Remember learning how to cross the monkey bars on the playground? You can't move forward without letting go... of what isn't serving you anymore. I take to heart the practice of diversity, equity, and inclusion with every person I work with. Together, we will journey on a uniquely yours path, and I will be with you, challenging you and celebrating your growth in mind, body, and spirit as you balance your inner and outer connections to the beautiful natural world all around you. You will be the navigator you dreamt of becoming. You will find your higher purpose. I will be your guide and create the right environment for that growth catalyst.
